What is your return policy for sale items?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. All returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Is Carll Parkes Collection sold at any locations?
The Carll Parkes Collection is currently an online only store. We hope to have our items available in retail outlets in the near future.
Will you adjust the price of an item that goes on sale shortly after I purchased it?
Items sold at sale or discounted prices are final sale and are not eligible for refund. Any items sold at discounted prices due to existing defects are also final sale.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. You will have the option to exchange the item, receive a refund within 5-7 days or a store credit which can be used towards another purchase.
